The steel doors described on our current product range comply with Dade County specifications and are Warnock Hersey Fire Rated.

Prime-painted steel doors and frames were introduced in 1998. Product testing followed ANSI A250.10 under SDI 100, assessing endurance, resistance to weather and use, and rust-inhibiting performance.
The original product description states that these prime-painted products exceeded the test requirements and carried a Lifetime Guarantee Against Rust. Contact our team for applicable product and warranty terms.
MAS Series frame specifications.
Designed for masonry openings, MAS Series Frames include floor anchors and come in 18 GA or 16 GA. Sizes and jamb depths can be configured for the application, with fire ratings available up to three hours.
